How does the job robot work?
The job robot of Jobsafari is able to scan 3 different types of online job pages: pages with titles, pages with hyperlinks and multi pages with both hyperlinks and titles:

	Page with titles A page with titles contains the vacancies of your company. Scanning such a page is difficult because the job robot can hardly differentiate between main titles including job titles, ordinary titles and highlighted text. In this case, we do recommend integrating the job title into so-called "name-tags" (<A NAME=name>job title</A>). This is to ensure that the job robot scans the right job titles and moreover, that you get directly from Jobsafari to the job offer chosen.
	Page with hyperlinks This is a page linking directly to several sub pages containing particular job offers.
	Multi page with both hyperlinks and titles A page with both hyperlinks and titles does also contain the vacancies of your company but: there is a list of hyperlinks on the top of the page from which you directly get to the particular job offers. Multi page: all advantages on one page and easily to scan for the job robot.
	What to do with more than one job page? If your company has more than one online job page, you have to register them separately. If you would like to change the structure of your website later on ( URL-address...etc. ), please be aware of registering every single job page again. Otherwise, you will mislead our job robot assuming that the job pages had been removed.

Be aware of highlightening the location of the vacancy in the job description if it is not the headquarter. The job titles on the job page are scanned by location and postcode. The scan programm recognizes most of them.

The job adverts will be listed under the chosen job category. Moreover, they will be scanned by key words and then, placed under the suitable job category. If a computer company is looking for a Sales Manager, you will definitely find the job advert under the job categories "Computer Software", "Sales" as well as under "Management". The standard job category should match with the sector of your company. If there should be no job category matching with your sector, please choose "Others" or send us an email.
